Welcome to The Wheatsheaf, an 18th-century Grade II listed pub in Old Town, Swindon. Just steps from the Town Gardens, we’re proud to be Swindon’s only Wadworth pub, serving craft beers, real ales and IPAs brewed in Devizes, Wiltshire.

Blending classic pub character with a modern twist, we offer Wadworth stouts, continental lagers, craft spirits and cocktails — perfect for a quick pint or relaxed meal in friendly surroundings.

Our menu features British pub favourites like Ham, Egg & Chips and Sunday Roasts, plus international dishes such as Pork Schnitzel and Korean Fried Chicken.

If you’re after a proper pint of real ale with heritage, our selection of Wadworth craft beers and traditional ales is sure to impress. From the iconic 6X to rich craft stout, and the unique Swordfish – a rum-infused ale originally brewed to honour 100 years of Naval Aviation – there’s a taste of history in every glass.
