Welcome to The Wheatsheaf, one of the oldest pubs in Swindon, set in an 18th-century Grade II Listed building in the heart of Old Town. Just a short stroll from Swindon’s Town Gardens, we’re proud to be the only Wadworth pub in Swindon, serving a fantastic range of Wadworth craft beers, real ales, guest beers and IPAs, brewed in Devizes, Wiltshire since 1875.
We blend the charm of a traditional British pub with a modern twist – offering Wadworth stouts, continental lagers, craft spirits, and a balanced cocktail menu. Whether you’re popping in for a drink or staying for a meal, expect a warm, friendly atmosphere and something for everyone.

RESERVATIONS
An 18th Century Listed Inn, and one of the oldest pubs in Swindon. Located in the very heart of the historical Old Town and within walking distance of Swindon Town Gardens, the Wheatsheaf is the only Wadworth pub located in Swindon’s town. Wadworth supplies us with our Craft Beers, Guest Beers and IPA’s and has been brewing beer in the market town of Devizes, Wiltshire, since 1875.
